BEST HOME FURNISHINGS, READER'S CHOICE

'Tesoros is the rare furniture store that can mix Mexican pieces,
Southwestern ideas, and the ruggedness of the Colorado Front Range without
being cheesy. Each piece displayed in this log cabin showroom is a unique
design - think stone, leather, ironwork, and copper - and everything is
well-crafted and temptingly priced.'

Indian Hills Home Store a Trove of Hand-Crafted Treasures

'Browsing through this Santa Fe-inspired home store is like taking a
mini-vacation from city strip malls and shopping centers. Tesoros - meaning
"treasures" in Spanish - specializes in hand-crafted furniture, artwork, and
home accents.'

"BEST UNIQUE HOUSEHOLD FURNISHINGS - TESOROS"

"The log building that houses Tesoros was once a trading post, among other things. That seems appropriate, considering the upscale store now trades in modern cultural artifacts: Rugs and blankets, pottery, antiques and rustic accents compete to catch a shopper's eye, and tribal touches brighten many of Tesoros wares, from furniture to lighting fixtures and garden accessories. Just moved to town and really want to dig into that Western vibe? Head for the Hills - or head to www.tesorosltd.com"

". . . Tesoros is a new home-furnishings boutique specializing in handcrafted goods that blend Spanish and southwestern influences. At Tesoros, you'll find beautifully handcrafted works and many one-of-a-kind pieces for the home and garden, ranging from rich, copper tables and lush leather chairs to vintage iron gates and stone tables. Make a trip to Tesoros . . . and add rustic style to your home."

Elegant yet rustic, one-of-a-kind, and limited edition furniture and accessories are featured at Tesoros. Housed in the historic Trading Post, the collection of uncommonly beautiful pewter, blown-glass objects, and hand-carved furniture celebrates Old Mexico. "We work with small family enterprises who create unique pieces such as tables and consoles fashioned from antique doors," says Steve Sonnen, co-owner of Tesoros, which is Spanish for treasures. Well-suited to Colorado's comfortable style, pieces retain a certain roughness, tempered by the fine touch of generations of artisans.

"Tesoros Ltd. Promises to be more than just another furniture store. The home furnishings and accessories are mostly 'elegantly rustic' and include hard-to-find Spanish Colonial pieces. Several roomfuls of hand-crafted items - both antique and brand-new - are the result of numerous trips around the states and Mexico in search of talented artisans. Most come from families that have been making their particular products for years. Tesoros means treasures in Spanish, and treasures are spaced throughout the place."
